Early 20th c. Mughal Style Ring **Appraisal available for the truly interested.

One 22 or above karat yellow gold and diamond enameled ring from early 20th c. India.
The ring contains a bezel set oval shaped rose cut diamond in a closed back silver lined cup at its center. There is an irregularly shaped rose cut diamond in a closed back silver lined cup set into an oval shaped bezel at each of the four points of the center diamond. There is a quarter round shaped bezel containing an irregularly shaped rose cut diamond in a closed back silver lined cup at the 10, 2, 8, and 4 o’clock positions. On each side of this cluster, just above where the shank meets, is a pear shaped bezel containing an irregularly shaped rose cut diamond in a closed back silver lined cup. The edges of this plate containing the diamonds were enameled in green that is partially worn off. The outer facing uniform 3.72 millimeter shank has been emailed red and white in a candy stripe pattern. The reverse of the ring has been enameled in red, green, white and black in the design of a lotus flower. The ring. has a high polish and is a size 9.25
